Can I walk-in or do I need an appointment to have my Brows done?

 

We love to have you drop in to see us, but if you make an appointment, we will guarantee that you will be treated on time and receive all the benefits of a full appointment. Peak hours are often early mornings and weekends, so book as far ahead as possible in order to be certain of getting the particular time and day you want.

I missed my appointment. What is your cancellation policy?

 

Things happen, but we prefer you call and let us know if you won’t be able to make your appointment. If you do miss your appointment, you will receive a courtesy call reminding you of our cancellation policy. We will let you slide on your first missed appointment, but going forward we will strictly adhere to our Chella Brow Bar Policy.

 

Our Cancellation Policy is thus:

You may cancel your Chella Brow Bar appointment up until 24 hours of your appointment time by going to www.chellabrowbar.com

If you decide to cancel your appointment any later than 24 hours before your appointment, you must call the Chella Brow Bar where your appointment is scheduled.

If you do not cancel your appointment in the appropriate manner, and miss a second appointment, we will ask you for your credit card in order to insure payment for your future appointments and you will be charged for ½ of your scheduled appointment fee for the second missed appointment.

I'm running late for my appointment. Will you still take me?

 

We have a 5-minute late policy. If you are late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

What is your late policy?

 

We value your time at The Chella Brow Bar and we want you to take advantage of every moment. We suggest that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for the full service price.

 

Your treatment will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will be unable to give you the full service time so that we can stay on schedule for the convenience of our other guests. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

Waxing Services Refunds

 

We offer a 5-day performance policy on all waxing services. If we failed to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service for a guest, we will gladly touch up the originally serviced area within 5 calendar days of the original service date, at no charge.

Gift Certificates

 

Gift Certificates are available for all services. If you would like to prepay a gratuity, our staff can assist you at the time of purchase. Gift Certificates may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special discount or promotion and are valid for one year after date of purchase.

Gratuities

 

Gratuities are not included in The Chella Brow Bar service prices. The gratuity may be paid in cash, by personal check or by credit card.

Return of Chella Retail Products

 

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy.

 

If you are unhappy with your Product purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Returns must be made at the Chella Brow Bar where purchased and must be accompanied by the original or emailed receipt.

Chella Tweezer Replacement Policy

 

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Chella offers a one-time replacement for used tweezers when tweezers are returned to the Brow Bar where purchased or to:
